BEWARE THE WOODPECKER

The late 19th Century saw the invention of Alternating Current or "AC" which is the basis of our prosperity today. Without "AC" there would be no power transmission longer than 5 miles.
"AC" current was the invention of Nicola Tesla, a Croation genius scientist. Tesla also forecast that the Earth's magnetic field and the path of the Jet Stream could be altered by pulsing radio waves into the ionosphere.
If the Jet Stream were moved South, it would pull Polar Air behind it. This would create cold summers, enormous rainfall and in the winter huge 30 to 50 foot snowfalls. This would create a new Ice Age over the land north of the redirected Jet Stream.
This is exactly what we have begun to experience this summer. Why??
The Russians have built an enormous series of radio transmitters in Siberia - we mean HUGE. The have been continually pulsing ionosphere with radio waves and appear to have broken through. (The pulsing makes a clicking sound, hence the name "Woodpecker").
They have altered the path of the "Jet Stream" to as far south as New Orleans. We are experiencing huge rainfalls across the industrial heartland. If these continue, we could have 30-50 foot snowfalls across the Central-Eastern United States this winter and the Nation would be paralyzed.
This is no joke. If you don't believe it, try to get a copy of the History Channel's program on the Tesla and the Woodpecker.

Also, check the Congressional Record. In 2006 Congress quietly "fast tracked" a bill to allow experimental weather modification by artificial methods and implement a national weather modification policy. The Bill did not include agriculture or public oversight.
