THE WEATHER WAR HAS BEGUN
The attack of the Russian Woodpecker
"AC" or alternating current is the invention of Nicola Tesla, a genius Croation scientist. Without "AC" there would be no power transmission longer than 5 miles.
Tesla also forecast that the Jet Stream could be altered by pulsing radio waves into the ionosphere. As the Jet Stream moves south, it pulls polar air behind it bringing lower temperatures and stormier weather.
The Russians have followed Tesla's advice. They have built an enormous series of radio transmitters - we mean HUGE. The have been continually pulsing ionosphere with radio waves and appear to have broken through. (The pulsing makes a clicking sound, hence the name "Woodpecker").
They have altered the path of the "Jet Stream" to as far south as New Orleans. We are experiencing huge rainfalls across the industrial heartland. If these continue, we could have 20-40 foot snowfalls across the Central-Eastern United States this winter and the Nation would be paralyzed.
This is no joke. If you don't believe it, try to get a copy of the History Channel's program on the Tesla and the Woodpecker.
Also, check the Congressional Record. In 2006 Congress quietly "fast tracked" a bill to allow experimental weather modification by artificial methods and implement a national weather modification policy. The Bill did not include agriculture or public oversight.
On August 20, 2009 the direction of Woodpecker was altered and aimed toward El Nino. The US Weather Bureau has forecast a mild 2009/10 winter for the US. We do NOT agree. We believe Weather Bureau forecasts are political: i.e. Obama wants the Russian support for his war in Afghanistan.
We believe 2009/10 will be one of the snowiest/coldest winters in the last 50 years as a result of the Woodpecker shift. SO FAR WE ARE RIGHT AND THE US WEATHER BUREAU IS DEAD WRONG. Time will tell if we continue to be right. The proof of the pudding is in the eating.
